Lancaster Vs. Greencastle Release Form

This form has been approved by NeuFutur Records (hereby deemed contractor) and will be used to absolve the contractor from liability. This release is a contract with legal consequences. I, the undersigned, have been informed to read it carefully before signing. I hereby waive, release, discharge, hold harmless, and promise to indemnify and not to see the contractor, from any and all rights and claims. This contract may not be further modified orally.

I am the registered or recognized copyright holder for these recordings and do hereby allow NeuFutur Records to use these recordings for the purpose of including them on productions. For any material I do not own the copyrights to, I realize I am fully responsible for all reporting of such use to the copyright holder, and hereby release NeuFutur Records from any responsibility concerning mechanical licensing or performance fees and should such become due to any rights holder other than myself, I recognize and agree NeuFutur Records is not responsible for such or similar fees.

I hereby grant NeuFutur Records the right to use these recordings in the production, distribution, broadcast and performance of forms of media. The undersigned, by signing below, realizes that the proceeds from the compilation, if any, will be used to produce further releases on NeuFutur Records. By signing this form, the undersigned is not signing to NeuFutur Records, but rather, releasing the rights to any copyrighted tracks for use on Lancaster Vs. Greencastle only. This release absolves NeuFutur Records from any legal liability arising from including the undersigned�s music on the compilation.

This contract shall be declared null and void if the undersigned does not remit tracks by May 31,2004. This contract will also be deemed null and void if the track�s recording does not lend itself to the overall quality established by the majority of tracks on the disc. This contract is to release a total of (3) three original tracks for Lancaster Vs. Greencastle, but the number of tracks present on the finished product may change if I)contracted bands produce music that exceed the storage capacity of the compact disc �or- if II) an individual track does not lend itself to the overall quality established by the majority of tracks on the disc �or- if III) a band does not have enough original material to remit (3) three songs.
