Will Not Clear Man Compilation (for Burnt Zine) This compilation is for a label based out of Elgin, IL, a suburb (I guess) of Chicago. Seedy Sea Controversy, Burn Elgin, Over & Over, and Meridians Divided make up this disc, another under 20 minute CD, but really bring something to the disc that so many other acts fail at. Seedy Sea Controversy is an inoffensive pop-punk act and Burn Elgin is a Millencolin sounding act that gets into politics while still pumping out the beats. The other two acts, Over & Over and Meridians Divided, really show the extents of the Elign music scene, with Over &Over playing screamy hardcore music and Meridians Divided playing music along the indy/emo axis.
